Vitamin B6 - studies and research have shown that women who have taken a dose of 25mg of Vitamin B6 on an 8 hourly basis have had significant reduction in nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Vitamin B6 is readily available at any pharmacy or health food shop.
Motion sickness wristbands are another new invention. Initially designed to combat motion sickness, they are also effective for morning sickness nausea. Based on acupuncture, the wristbands are adjustable so they apply just the right amount of pressure of a specific point on the wrist that has been found to block the feeling of nausea. They have become very popular because there are no medications or chemicals involved in their use.
